Hospice Consultation

A 1-2 hour visit to assess hospice needs

and prepare a treatment plan.

 

In-home Visits

Covers a broad range of services

based on your pet's needs. Examples are 

palliative care, * medication administration, exercise.

 

Certified Massage Therapy

Pre and post event massage, rehabilitative,

strengthening support for chronic conditions,

lymphatic drainage, stress relief 

and relaxation.

 

Veterinary Liaison

Does your pet have frequent veterinary visits that are 

difficult to fit into your schedule? Perhaps you would prefer not to 

be with your pet during euthanasia? I will be the comforting

presence for your pet.

 

Pet Transportation

Just as it sounds, transportation for your pet to and from 

their destination (veterinary visits, groomer etc).

 

 

 

 

 

* Medications will be given as directed by your veterinarian.

*** Services are not intended to take the place of proper veterinary care, and should instead be utlilized as complimentary support based on your veterinarian's recommendations.

Follow-Up Evaluation
A second consultation when significant changes
in the treatment plan are needed.
 
Respite Care

Boarding done in my home for your pet while you are away.

Perfect for the aging or ill pet, I only take up to 3 pets at a time,

so as to offer very personal care for those with the highest needs. 



Aftercare Arrangements

After the passing of your pet, I will take care of the memorial

details  based on your wishes.


Professional Referrals

Being a part of hospice care means having a network of resources when you need it, that is why I have a list of professionals to put you in touch with should the need arise.  The following professional referrals are offered:

 

  • Nutrition

  • Specialty pet supplies

  • Basic In-home grooming

  • Pet memorial and cremation

  • Family grief counseling
